Job Description:
QSR Brands is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in administrative roles.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and coordinating with team members
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for team members
- Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in administrative roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
