Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development or related fields.

Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards business development goals- Participate in meetings, presentations, and events to promote the company and its services- Provide regular updates to management on business development activities and results

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- Proven track record of success in business development or sales- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and remotely- Reliable and passionate about business growth- Team player with a cooperative attitude
