Remote Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. This position is full-time and at Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide customer support via chat, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.5. Enhance customer satisfaction by providing personalized support and assistance.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.7. Assist with quality assurance initiatives to improve customer experience.8. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals and objectives.

Requirements:1. Hardworking and adaptable attitude to handle a fast-paced work environment.2. Attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving.3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in using chat support platforms and customer relationship management systems.6. Experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred.
