Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat.2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.4. Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex cases.5. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a positive light.6. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times.7. Continuously improve your knowledge and skills through training and self-directed learning.

Requirements:1. Must be driven and independent with a strong work ethic.2. Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers.3. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers.4. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.5. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.6. Knowledge of Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad products and services is a plus.
