Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

PPB Group Berhad is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven and hardworking, with a strong sense of cooperation and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service through chat support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner- Utilize knowledge base and resources to accurately answer customer questions and provide solutions- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer experience- Meet or exceed performance goals, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
