### Job Description

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Remote Client Relations Representative to join our expanding team in Kuala Lumpur. As a representative of our company, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, facilitating communication between clients and our internal teams, and ensuring that our services consistently align with client needs.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Engagement:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication via phone, email, and video conferencing. Understand their needs and proactively recommend solutions.

- **Issue Resolution:** Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate internally to ensure effective problem resolution, keeping clients informed throughout the process.

- **Account Management:** Monitor client accounts, including billing, service usage, and satisfaction levels. Conduct regular check-ins and follow up on customer experiences to ensure overall satisfaction.

- **Data Analysis:** Collect and analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, improve service delivery, and report insights to management.

- **Sales Support:** Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to strengthen the client relationship and enhance revenue.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align client needs with our service offerings, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through post-sale support.

- **Project Management:** Manage client projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that expectations are met and timelines are adhered to.

- **Training and Onboarding:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, including product demonstrations and training, to ensure they maximize the value of our services.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, escalations, and feedback in our CRM system to support team collaboration and continuous improvement.

### Requirements

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management roles.
- **Skill Set**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Personality Traits**:
- Resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- **Soft Skills**:
- High emotional intelligence, showing empathy and understanding in client interactions.
