**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone calls.
- Develop deep knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and address client concerns effectively.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Manage client issues from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and efficient responses while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Accurately document all client interactions and maintain organized records of support requests using our CRM system.

- **Communication and Persuasion:**
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Persuade clients on the benefits of our services, upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.

- **Feedback Mechanism:**
- Gather client feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of FAQ resources and other self-help materials, improving overall client satisfaction.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members to share knowledge and insights, contributing to a positive team culture.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve skills and stay updated on industry trends.

- **Performance Tracking:**
- Meet performance metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores, aiming for excellence in all client interactions.
- Actively engage in self-assessment to identify areas for personal development and improvement.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.

- **Experience:**
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or client-facing role is preferred.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful: Ability to think on your feet and find solutions independently.
- Reliable: Punctual, consistent, and able to develop trust with clients and team members.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Persuasive skills to effectively influence clients and encourage their engagement with our services.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and communication tools; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

- **Remote Work Competence:**
