Job Description:
IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Document client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients
- Assist in training new team members on client support processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Energetic and reliable personality traits
- Strong emotional intelligence and cooperation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience in a remote work environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
