Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Remote Communications Specialist to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad. In this part-time role based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our company's communication strategies.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively reach our target audience.
2. Create engaging content for various communication channels such as social media, newsletters, and websites.
3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of communication efforts.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
5. Research industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication strategies.
6. Manage crisis communication situations effectively and in a timely manner.
7. Provide regular reports and updates on communication activities to stakeholders.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in communications or public relations.
3. Proven track record of developing successful communication strategies.
4. Strong writing and editing skills.
5. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
6. Excellent research skills to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
