Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Contact Center Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and chat. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about Malaysia Airlines products and services- Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role- Hardworking and adaptable personality traits- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment- Experience using CRM software and other customer service tools- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
