**Job Description:**

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence, be hardworking, and motivated to contribute to a positive customer experience. This is a part-time position that allows for flexibility while ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

2. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports to analyze customer service metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement based on customer feedback.

3. **Project Management:**
- Assist in the coordination of customer care projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Support the development of customer care initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience.

4. **Negotiation and Conflict Resolution:**
- Navigate customer complaints with professionalism and tact, employing effective negotiation skills to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Work with management to implement strategies that prevent future issues based on customer interactions.

5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including sales and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service delivery.

6. **Training and Development:**
- Stay updated on product knowledge and customer care best practices through ongoing training sessions.
- Mentor new team members as needed to foster a team-oriented environment.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; relevant associate degree or certification in customer service or business administration is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and communication tools.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a commitment to going above and beyond for customers.
- Motivated: Shows enthusiasm for the role and a desire to grow professionally within the organization.
