Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team at Celcom Axiata Berhad. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level individuals who are passionate about customer care and looking to gain experience in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide information about products and services to customers- Process orders, returns, and exchanges- Handle complaints and escalate issues as needed- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience- Perform research to identify customer needs and preferences

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Resilient and able to handle challenging customer situations with grace- Passionate about providing exceptional customer care- Excellent cooperation skills and ability to work well in a team environment- Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries- High school diploma or equivalent
