Job Description:

Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated, resilient, and possess strong negotiation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner3. Resolve customer complaints with creativity and resourcefulness4. Utilize company resources and tools to efficiently address customer needs5. Document customer interactions and feedback for continual improvement6. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies and procedures8. Adapt to changes in technology and procedures to meet the needs of our customer base9. Engage in continuous training and development to enhance customer care skills

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written3. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress customer interactions4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite6. Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts7. High school diploma or equivalent required8. Motivated and resilient personality traits9. Negotiation and teamwork skills
