Maxis Berhad is seeking a motivated and driven Remote Customer Care Associate to join our dynamic team. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Support:** Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, utilizing problem-solving skills to provide accurate solutions.

- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting any issues and remedies for future reference.

- **Feedback Implementation:** Gather insights from customer interactions and share feedback with relevant departments to improve service quality and operational processes.

- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide customers with informed guidance and recommendations.

- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

- **Training and Development:** Actively participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.

- **Planning and Decision-Making:** Utilize strong planning and decision-making skills to manage your workload effectively, prioritizing tasks based on customer needs and company goals.

### Requirements

- **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is an advantage.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent planning skills to organize and manage workload effectively.
- Strong decision-making abilities to resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Highly motivated and driven, with a proactive attitude towards customer service and personal development.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
- Familiarity with remote communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).

- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. Proficiency in Malay is an asset.

- **Customer Focus:** A passion for providing outstanding customer service and the ability to empathize with customers' needs.
