Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Care Officer at MYEG Services Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:1. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues7. Meet and exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in customer service or related field2. Energetic and motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team6. High school diploma or equivalent
