Job Description:Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner- Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Providing feedback to management on customer trends and concerns- Upholding company policies and procedures in all interactions with customers

Requirements:- Previous experience in a customer service role for at least 4 years- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and take initiative- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers- Presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers- Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
