Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are hardworking and driven, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Entry Level Remote Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Planning and project management skills
