Job Description:
Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a full-time entry-level position, the Remote Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions- Assist customers with product information, order statuses, and general inquiries- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience preferred- Confident and energetic personality- Strong problem-solving skills- Ability to adapt quickly to new situations- Excellent communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
