As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a reliable and energetic personality is a must. The successful candidate will possess strong time management skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.2. Assist customers with product information, inquiries, and issue resolution.3. Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently.4. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.5. Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed performance goals.6. Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the company.7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.6. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.7. Bilingual proficiency in English and Malay is a plus.
