Job Description:

Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a part-time position with entry-level seniority, this role is ideal for individuals who are reliable and driven, with a strong sense of emotional intelligence and innovation.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Maintain a high level of knowledge about products and services to effectively assist customers.4. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate when necessary.6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and resolution times.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.4. Experience with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.5. Comfortable working remotely and using technology to communicate with customers and colleagues.6. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
