**Job Description:**

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring our clients maximize the value of our services. You will have the unique opportunity to work remotely while collaborating closely with our customer success team in Kuala Lumpur.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:** Act as a primary point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
- **Onboarding Support:** Assist in onboarding new clients, guiding them through setup and helping them understand our products and services.
- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and check-ins to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to product improvements and service enhancements.
- **Strategic Planning:** Collaborate with the customer success team to develop strategic plans to increase customer engagement and retention.
- **Research:** Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends, providing valuable insights to the team for decision-making.
- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets in our CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and readily accessible.
- **Reporting:** Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations illustrating customer success metrics and insights for internal stakeholders.
- **Training Assistance:** Help create and update training materials and resources to support both customers and internal staff.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and support, to align customer success initiatives with business objectives.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a customer service, customer success, or related role.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:** Must be adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and highly motivated to drive customer success.
- **Soft Skills:**
- **Strategic Planning:** Ability to think critically and develop action plans that align with customer success goals.
- **Research:** Strong research skills to gather data and insights relevant to customer needs and industry trends.
- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
- **Time Management:** Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
