Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer success roles. This individual must be resourceful, motivated, and possess strong soft skills in leadership and negotiation.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services- Drive adoption, retention, and expansion of accounts- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalations- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Create and deliver regular performance reports to clients- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 5+ years of experience in customer success roles- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings- Resourceful and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
