Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Petron Malaysia is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals who are confident, hardworking, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to Petron Malaysia customers via phone, email, and chat
- Ensure customer inquiries, issues, and complaints are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
- Utilize CRM system to track customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
