Job Description:

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field. The successful candidate must possess the personality traits of confidence and passion, as well as strong soft skills in communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services- Provide proactive support and guidance to customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives and improve overall customer experience- Monitor customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions- Assist with onboarding new customers and training them on our products and services

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field- 3+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Confidence and passion for providing exceptional customer service
