Job Description:

Petron Malaysia is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team based in George Town, Penang. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. As a Remote Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Providing product information and assisting customers with their orders- Handling customer complaints and escalations with empathy and understanding- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Adhering to company guidelines and procedures for customer support

Requirements:- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to changes in procedures, tools, or expectations- Confidence: Comfortable engaging with customers and resolving issues effectively- Planning: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines- Innovation: Willingness to suggest new ideas and solutions to improve customer support processes- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Proficiency in using customer support software and online tools- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
