Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team at Boustead Holdings Berhad. As the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote customer support representatives and ensuring high-quality service delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage a team of remote customer support representatives.2. Develop and implement customer support processes and procedures.3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement.4. Provide training and guidance to customer support representatives.5. Handle escalated customer support issues and ensure timely resolution.6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.7. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:1. 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.4. Proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.5. Experience managing remote teams is a plus.6. Confident and dedicated attitude towards work.7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
