Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities:1. Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.2. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.3. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members.4. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Independent and driven personality traits.3. Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.4. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
