Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Independent and driven personality traits.3. Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.4. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
