**Job Description:**
UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our innovative team and contribute to our digital marketing initiatives. As a core member of our marketing department, you will collaborate closely with a diverse group of professionals to execute strategic online marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Content Creation & Management:**
- Develop engaging content for various digital platforms including social media, email newsletters, and the company website to attract and retain customers.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the company's website, ensuring all content is current, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
- **Social Media Marketing:**
- Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn) to build a community and increase brand loyalty.
- Create and schedule social media posts, engaging with our audience through comments and messages to promote interaction.
- **SEO & Analytics:**
- Implement SEO best practices in all digital content to enhance discoverability and reach.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Utilize insights to recommend improvements and optimize strategies.
- **Email Marketing:**
- Assist in the creation and management of email marketing campaigns, from design to deployment to performance analysis.
- Maintain and segment email lists for targeted marketing to enhance open and click-through rates.
- **Collaboration & Coordination:**
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing ideas that align with the broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, customer support) to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
- **Research & Insight Gathering:**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies that inform our marketing approaches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
**Requirements:**
- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a role focused on content creation and management, social media, or SEO.
- **Skills & Competencies:**
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
- Strong grasp of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English, with a knack for creating compelling, audience-tailored content.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful: Ability to find creative solutions to challenges and adapt quickly to changes.
- Reliable: Dependable with the consistency to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
