Job Description:
Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat communication channels. This role is ideal for individuals who are resilient, passionate about customer satisfaction, and possess excellent adaptability and people management skills.
Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely information- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and provide recommendations when necessary
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment- Strong people management skills and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions with empathy and professionalism- Proficient in multitasking and managing time effectively
