As a Remote Live Chat Officer at Westports Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and guiding customers through the purchasing process. You will also be expected to upsell products or services, as well as promote company promotions and discounts.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through live chat- Resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner- Guide customers through the purchasing process and provide product information- Upsell products or services to increase sales- Promote company promotions and discounts to customers- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed key performance indicators set by management

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail- Reliable and motivated team player- Ability to think strategically and plan accordingly- Experience in using live chat software is a plus
