Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate and motivated Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to address customer needs
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Motivated to succeed and exceed expectations
