Job Description:
Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role. The ideal candidate should be driven, independent, and possess strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
3. Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshooting.

Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in customer service or live chat support.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
