Job Description:
PPB Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Office Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Remote Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our remote office, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between team members.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and organize virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending out agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
2. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
3. Handle administrative tasks such as managing emails, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
4. Assist in the onboarding process for new remote team members.
5. Act as a point of contact for any technical issues or concerns related to remote work setups.
6. Monitor and track team performance and provide regular updates to management.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
3. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to problem-solve and think on your feet.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
