### **Job Description**
Sunway Group is seeking a dynamic and skilled Remote PR Associate to join our marketing team. ### **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Media Relations:**
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts, including reporters, editors, and influencers in relevant fields.
- Develop and distribute press releases, pitches, and media advisories that align with company objectives and news cycles.
- Monitor media coverage and report on PR campaign effectiveness and other metrics.
2. **Content Creation:**
- Write compelling content for various platforms, including articles, blog posts, newsletters, and social media.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral that communicates Sunway Group's initiatives, promotions, and key messages.
3. **Event Coordination:**
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events, press conferences, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and successful execution of events.
4. **Social Media Management:**
- Curate, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) that reflects Sunway Group's brand voice.
- Monitor social media trends and engage proactively with the online community.
5. **Research and Analysis:**
- Conduct market research to identify new PR opportunities and audiences.
- Analyze public relations metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. **Crisis Management:**
- Assist in preparing crisis communication plans and draft responses as needed to protect the company's reputation.
7. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that leverage both PR and marketing strategies.
- Provide assistance in creating communications strategies for internal stakeholders and corporate updates.
### **Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in public relations or a related field.
