Tenaga Nasional Berhad is seeking a motivated and passionate **Remote Support Assistant** to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Provide responsive and efficient support to customers via email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our services.
- Document all interactions in the appropriate systems to ensure accurate records are maintained.

2. **Technical Assistance:**
- Assist users with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, educating them on best practices and guiding them through solutions as required.
- Work collaboratively with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues that require higher-level intervention.

3. **Project Management:**
- Participate in small-scale projects to improve customer experience and service delivery efficiencies.
- Assist with tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

4. **Training & Documentation:**
- Help create and maintain knowledge base articles and user manuals that assist customers in navigating our services and products effectively.
- Engage in ongoing training and participate in workshops to enhance your skills and keep updated on service changes.

5. **Feedback Collection:**
- Actively gather and document customer feedback regarding service quality and potential areas for improvement.
- Report findings to the appropriate teams to facilitate improvement initiatives.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and experiences that improve overall customer interaction and support efficiency.
- Attend regular team meetings to discuss challenges, share success stories, and explore new strategies for effective customer engagement.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

- **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required; candidates pursuing higher education are encouraged to apply.
- **Experience:** No prior experience required; however, any experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Driven: A strong desire to achieve results and continuously improve personal skills and customer satisfaction.

- **Soft Skills:**
