Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Support Officer to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad. As a Remote Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers remotely. You will be required to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our products and services, as well as provide guidance and assistance to customers who may be experiencing challenges.
Responsibilities:1. Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our products and services.3. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide solutions to their problems.4. Document all interactions with customers in our CRM system.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible support to customers.7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when communicating with customers.
Requirements:1. Resourceful and confident personality traits.2. Strong research skills to effectively troubleshoot technical issues.3. Emotional intelligence to handle customer interactions with empathy and understanding.4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.5.
