Job Description:
As a Remote Web Chat Associate at Eco World Development Group Berhad, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via online chat to provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote company products and services. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency in all customer interactions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide information about products, services, and promotions.
2. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
3. Utilize strategic planning skills to assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.
4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and outstanding customer service delivery.
6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
7. Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system for future reference and analysis.
Requirements:
1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Motivated and resourceful individual who can work independently.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
5. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs.
6. Knowledge of web chat platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
