SIRIM Berhad is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Remote Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
