Media Prima Berhad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Web Chat Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers online, providing information about our products and services, and assisting with inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Engage with customers via live chat to answer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Provide prompt and accurate response to customer questions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and follow up on the resolution process.

2. **Support & Problem Solving:**
- Assist customers in navigating the website and utilizing online tools effectively.
- Demonstrate adaptability by efficiently handling unexpected issues or changes in customer needs.
- Employ research skills to gather information and resolve customer queries.

3. **Documentation & Reporting:**
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Track and report recurring issues or customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
- Monitor chat performance metrics and work towards achieving set KPIs.

4. **Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with team members and management to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to keep updated on product knowledge and customer support practices.

5. **Adaptation to Changes:**
- Embrace and respond resiliently to changes in processes, tools, and customer needs.
- Contribute to creating a positive working environment by fostering a culture of support and development.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role.
- Familiarity with live chat support software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor to engage effectively with customers.
- Reliable and dependable character, ensuring punctuality and responsibility in all tasks.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong research skills to thoroughly understand and communicate product details.
- High adaptability to navigate various customer inquiries and address their needs in a dynamic environment.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using chat systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written communication skills to articulate responses clearly and professionally.
