### Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Remote Web Chat Representative** to join our expanding team. As a Remote Web Chat Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customer inquiries and issues, ensuring their experience with our brand is exceptional.

### Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via web chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to company service standards.
- **Problem Resolution:** Address customer issues thoroughly and efficiently, utilizing available resources and information to provide accurate solutions and insights.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively solve customer queries and provide guidance.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- **Feedback Loop:** Actively gather customer feedback and report trends or issues to management to help improve products and services.
- **Record Keeping:** Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure a seamless follow-up and tracking of customer journeys.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated with new product information, improvements, and service updates to provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- **Team Engagement:** Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to team goals.

### Requirements:

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role, preferably in a digital environment.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in communications or related fields are a plus.
