The Renewal Specialist is responsible for helping to reduce the supplier customer attrition rate and oversees processing all supplier customer cancellation requests as well as collecting outstanding debts from these supplier customers.
The Renewal Specialist will proactively monitor accounts to ensure that existing clients continue to use Tungsten services. In addition, tasks also include providing reports be it within the finance team, to other teams, or to the buyer customer to either understand or to help stem attrition rates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Liaising with customers who wish to cancel their contract, to investigate reason of cancellation and to collect any monies outstanding · Creating and sending accurate reports on weekly basis to buyer customers and colleagues when buyer customer clarification is required · Analyzing data gathered to identify suppliers who are in the state of cancellation · Contacting supplier customers whose use of the system has decreased · Identifying and reporting any issues causing decreases in supplier's transaction activities · Assisting in any ad hoc project assigned by the Manager · Data preparation in advance of renewal: - contract type - dates - tariffs - terms Required Skills Required Experience Required Skills · Strong proficiency in Microsoft office applications · Detail oriented with high level of time management skills (including flexibility when the workload requires extra time) · Detail oriented with high level of time management skills (including flexibility when the workload requires extra time) · Previous renewal or customer service experience/skillset preferred with ability to work in high volume, deadline-oriented processes focused on goal achievement.
Required Experience · A minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Services, Sales or Support role Working Hours · Monday to Thursday: 4pm – 1am · Friday: Noon – 9pm
