Attending to Repo Queue and prompt issuance of Repo Order- Recommend repo fee for DA approval- To achieve, meet and exceed business targets set by the company- Signing of repossession order and ensuring fair distribution to panel repossessors timely.- To confirm delivery of repossessed chattels with the store yard personnel and to immediately update in RCRS System on the status of repossession and store yard location.- To ensure compliance of policies and guidelines and statutory requirement before repossession take place- To attend to customer's inquiries and negotiation pertaining to repossession in a proper and professionally manner- Supervising the function of clerical staff from time to time to ensure smooth service delivery at all time in meeting target- To provide support to all level/department/center- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the management from time to time
