Reporting and Monitoring cum Compliance OfficerMAL E2P - Corporate Credit Administration - CCA
Responsibilities:
Handle and ensure timely tracking and monitoring of outstanding documents and loan/financing status, cancellation/release/rework cases, and covenant cases.
Ensure daily reconciliation of Sundry Creditors GL in accordance with the set SLA/TAT.
Update all related Registers timely and accurately.
Submit monthly reporting to Business Units e.g., Credit Review Report, Syndicated Loan Report, and Approved Loan/Financing related reports.
Coordinate Amendment for Justification Template/CCRIS reporting on a monthly basis.
Attend to Audit Matters/Audit queries promptly and notify Unit Head /Section Head accordingly.
Address compliance-related matters e.g., mandatory training, RCSA/CSA/BCP/BCM/DR, and related inquiries/requests within the stipulated timeline.
Submit Risk Dashboard Reporting on a monthly basis.
Review and report department End User Development Application (EUDA) inventory in a timely manner.
Report Operational Risk Events (ORE) promptly.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance productivity and improve service to internal/external stakeholders.
Participate in project initiatives and other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
University Degree or Diploma Holder.
Experience in Credit Administration / Operations department of a bank is preferred.
Possess initiative, drive, and ability to work as a team and independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attentive to details, neat, and meticulous.
Able to multi-task and cope with pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Performance and quality-driven.
Willing to work beyond standard working hours when required.
