Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager – Inside Sales to join our dynamic sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new sales opportunities.
As an integral part of the sales team, you will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
- Understand clients' business needs to provide tailored solutions and upsell opportunities.
Sales Growth:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or customer base.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage with prospective and existing customers.
Client Retention:
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer issues effectively to maintain long-term partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve products, services, and processes.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-4 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in (specific industry, e.g., technology, healthcare, etc.).
Familiarity with virtual meeting tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic insights.
