Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in related field. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).Proficient in Microsoft Office.Good work ethics and able to work with minimum supervision. Job Description:
Photocopy material for school use including but not limited internal examination papers, booklets, worksheets and leaflets as required Other photocopy related task such as, but not limited to : ring bind assessment folders, laminating, hole punching, stapling, guillotining as well as advising on the presentation and layout formatsTo perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting documentation Maintain accurate & up-to-date records of stationery and asset registry, with assistance from the Procurement departmentMaintain the general upkeep of the store room, making sure everything is in order and easy to access especially during stock take Maintaining accurate records and databases for management reportsPrepare monthly report as required by the management To ensure all photocopying equipment is replenished and spare resource are available To ensure that daily administrative tasks are within the guidelines, policy & practices implemented To assist the COO and its Operations Office with other requests where necessary To assist the Procurement department with other requests where necessary, including but not limited to: providing stationery as requested by other colleagues: sort and record new deliveries of stationeries and etc:Others ad-hoc duties as assigned Stonyhurst International School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all the students in our care and expects all applicants to share this commitment.
