Job Requirements :
Preferably, candidates have formal certificate in baking, culinary or food studies.
At least 5-7 year(s) of hands-on experience in baking and pastry making.
Preferably, candidates have experience in Laminated Pastry and Patisserie Production.
Experience in research & development ofnew pastry recipe, baking, mass production, central kitchen, Halaland otherfood safety compliances.
Prefers senior hires that have theexperience leading junior chefs.Candidates should have at least 2-3 years in people management.
Job Descriptions:
Provide innovative, creative and unique pastry recipes to launch in the market.
Establish costing information for new and revised formulation.
Develop standard processes and procedures (SOP) for new and current products.
Monitor quality and sensory evaluation and feedback to management on the results.
Prepare, evaluate and record all new products, improvements or cost savings activities reports.
Present and explain the R&D activities progress to management.
Provide technical solution and troubleshooting during R&D production process.
Ensure compliance of R&D activities according to company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), food safety standards and halal standards.
Monitor, evaluate and ensure quality of new and current samples and ingredients used according to company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), food safety standards and halal standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
