Research And Development (R&D) Executive

Research and development represents the activities companies undertake to innovate and introduce new products and services or to improve their existing offerings. 
R&D allows a company to stay ahead of its competition by catering to new wants or needs in the market.
Source, develop and roll out innovative products that appeal to new and existing customers. 
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences in the FMCG (Food and Beverages) category. 
Develop and execute product development plans that align with business goals and customer needs.
You will collaborate on a day to day with multidisciplinary teams (Marketing, Operational Production, Procurement, Technical, Consumer& Sensory insight) to ensure the success of the projects.
