Job Description
As aResearch Assistant , you'll play a pivotal role in the success of the Research Team, handling key responsibilities like managing inquiries, maintaining crucial documents, assisting associates, and ensuring seamless coordination with clients and experts.
Job Overview
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM during AEDT and 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM during AEST
Work Setup: Permanent Work from home
Eight (8) days annual leave

The Qualifications We Seek
Bachelor's/College degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experiencein a similar role.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Your Daily Tasks
Respond to new inquiries received through email, phone, or the website.
Add new matters into Sage.
Conduct conflict checks to ensure compliance.
Manage, update, and maintain the Research Team's core folder in SharePoint.
Create additional process documentation as needed.
Calculate and maintain the Research Team Scorecard.
Providing Assistance to Research Associates:
Audit all matters within the Research Team's scope and stages.
Update Sage pinned notes with all relevant information and correspondence for each matter.
Communicate with clients during the information-gathering stage.
Draft hand-over notes to ensure a smooth transition of matters to the Case Management team.
Prepare follow-up emails for Researchers to send to clients.
Send email updates to experts regarding matter progression.
Maintain and update details and statuses for law firms, lawyers, and experts.
Send Preliminary Teleconference (PTC) calendar invites to lawyers and experts, ensuring their timely attendance and following up as needed.
Facilitate PTC meetings when necessary, due to workload or timing constraints of the Researchers.
Create Terms of Engagement (TOE) as required.
