Job Description
As aResearch Associate , you will provide vital support to your team by managing cases, conducting thorough research, and building relationships with subject matter experts.
You'll also enhance and manage databases to match the best experts with client needs efficiently, contributing to impactful legal outcomes.
Job Overview
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM during AEDT and 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM during AEST
Work Setup: Permanent Work from home
Eight (8) days annual leave
Diverse and supportive work environment

The Qualifications We Seek
Prior experience in legal or recruitment roles, with at least2 years in headhunting or recruitment , especially in C-level positions within Engineering, Aerospace, Banking, or Insurance, is highly desirable.
Tertiary educationin any discipline, with a preference for Law graduates.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in research, critical thinking, strategy, recruitment, or related fields.
Proven ability to think critically and strategically.
Confidence in engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds via phone and email.
Exceptional memory and attention to detail.
Your Daily Tasks
Supporting the team in managing cases and providing substantial research assistance.
Conducting thorough research to identify and match the most suitable experts using internal databases and external resources.
Expanding the internal expert database by onboarding new experts.
Vetting, qualifying, and performing background checks on potential experts to ensure their suitability.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the offshore team and subject matter experts.
Managing and enhancing the internal database to enable precise and efficient expert-client matching.
