Job Purpose
R&D for Malaysia food, international food, and Japanese food
Cost calculation accuracy for food ingredients, packaging, and labor
Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Guide and coach cooking methods to production staff
Operational:
Cost reduction for raw and packaging material
Create SOP for cooking methods
Update latest prices in the system for any price increase or decrease
Update latest recipe directions before launch date
Any other tasks given by superior from time to time that align with KPI
People:
Work with R&D deputy manager
Procurement
